Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 is the newest and largest terminal at NAIA, located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The terminal building has a total floor area of 189,000 square meters and has the capacity to handle 13 million passengers annually.

The terminal officially opened for international flights in 2014, after years of legal and technical issues that delayed its full operations. It primarily serves international and domestic flights operated by Cebu Pacific, All Nippon Airways, and several other carriers.

The facility features 140 check-in counters, 34 air bridges, and 20 contact gates. The terminal building has five levels, with arrivals located on Level 1 and departures on Level 3. It also includes a multi-level parking facility that can accommodate 2,000 vehicles.

Construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2002, though the terminal remained largely unused until 2008 due to structural concerns and legal disputes.
