Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is Singapore's oldest forest reserve and home to the country's highest natural point at 163 meters. Covering 163 hectares, it contains one of the few remaining areas of primary rainforest in Singapore. The reserve houses about 40% of Singapore's native flora and fauna species. Notable features include challenging hiking trails, mountain biking tracks, and the historic Quarry. The Visitor Centre provides educational exhibits about the reserve's biodiversity and geological history. It's one of only two urban rainforests worldwide.
