Rosa Khutor boasts 102 kilometers of ski trails across 77 routes of varying difficulty levels, from beginner to expert. The resort's vertical drop spans from 575 meters at its base to 2,320 meters at its peak, offering one of the largest skiing elevations in Russia. The area is serviced by 28 lifts capable of transporting 30,600 people per hour.

Beyond winter sports, the resort transforms into a summer destination featuring hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and the popular Rosa Peak observation deck. The resort's infrastructure includes the Rosa Stadium, which hosted Olympic events and continues to serve as a venue for international competitions. The area is also home to the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park, where freestyle skiing and snowboarding events take place.

Weather conditions at Rosa Khutor are particularly favorable for winter sports, with an average annual snowfall of 1,400 mm and a skiing season that typically runs from December through April. The resort utilizes an extensive snowmaking system covering 100% of its slopes to ensure consistent snow coverage throughout the season.
