Clearwater Beach is a resort area and neighborhood located on a barrier island in the city of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, United States. It lies along the Gulf of Mexico and is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway, with access provided by the Memorial Causeway.

The beach is known for its fine, white quartz sand and shallow, warm waters. It stretches approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) along the Gulf coast. In 2019, TripAdvisor ranked Clearwater Beach as the number one beach in the United States, and it has consistently appeared in rankings by Dr. Beach and other travel publications.

Pier 60, located at the western end of the Memorial Causeway, serves as a central landmark and hosts a nightly Sunsets at Pier 60 festival featuring street performers, artisans, and live music. The pier is also used for fishing and is open 24 hours a day.

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium, situated nearby on Island Estates, is a nonprofit facility dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of marine animals. It gained international recognition as the filming location for the 2011 film Dolphin Tale and its 2014 sequel, both based on the story of Winter, a bottlenose dolphin rescued and housed at the aquarium.

The area features hotels, restaurants, and shops concentrated along Mandalay Avenue and South Gulfview Boulevard. Common activities include swimming, parasailing, dolphin-watching cruises, and deep-sea fishing. The climate is humid subtropical, with warm temperatures year-round and a wet season from June through September.
