About Concourse B
Concourse B is the middle passenger concourse at Denver International Airport (DEN), featuring gates B1 through B95. The concourse opened in 1995 as part of the airport's original construction and serves as a hub for multiple airlines, including Southwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and several international carriers.
Spanning approximately 1.2 million square feet, Concourse B is the longest of the three concourses at DEN. The facility handles both domestic and international flights, with dedicated areas for international arrivals processing. The concourse accommodates various aircraft types, from regional jets to wide-body international aircraft.
The concourse houses numerous dining establishments, retail shops, and passenger amenities. Notable features include airline lounges, duty-free shopping for international travelers, and local Colorado-themed restaurants and retailers.
Concourse B underwent major renovations completed in 2021, which included gate modernization, expanded concession areas, and improved passenger flow systems. The facility connects to the main terminal via the airport's automated transit system, providing efficient passenger movement throughout the complex.
